Jason Hough is a well known and well respected personal trainer who trains clients at Renaissance Body Science Institute.
His training philosophy is that of Functional Fitness, and focuses on the broader aspects of fitness: Power, Stability, Endurance, Flexibility, and Speed. This approach is fast gaining momentum as results are infinitely more complete than the “body builder” approach.
He has a degree in Human Kinetics from Stellenbosch University, as well as several other diplomas and certificates for personal training.Jason is well experienced in all forms of training and specializes in Kinesis-, Power Plate-,Kettlebell and Free Weight training modalities.

Jason Hough has over 15 years martial arts experience and carries this intensity and focus into his workspace. He is proficient in Karate, Muay Thai, Kung fu and Pancration.
