Jason Hough is a well known and well respected personal trainer who trains clients at Renaissance Body Science Institute.¬†¬†

He has a degree in Human Kinetics from Stellenbosch University, as well as several other diplomas and certificates for personal training.Jason is well experienced in all forms of training and specializes in Kinesis-, Power Plate-,Kettlebell and Free Weight training modalities.
